Our mission, which we have
chosen to accept, is to make life easier for women
everywhere. It's really that simple. United Sisters
(US) is a gender equity/teenage/3rd wave/feminist/activist
group. We work to further our knowledge of women's
issues and to raise self-confidence and awareness
of other teenage girls. We work in connection with the
Women's Resource Center at the University of Maine
so that the women there can better serve teenage girls.
